At Open Doors for Multicultural Families (ODMF), we transform the way disability services intersect with culture, race, and inclusion. As a pioneering organization, we work at the center of ableism and racism to build accessible, culturally responsive systems that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families.
From personalized case management to innovative advocacy programs, ODMF ensures families have the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to thrive. With a commitment to lifelong support, we help families navigate complex systems, break down barriers, and create opportunities for growth, resilience, and success.

With the support of programs like Kickstart, P2G, and the Lead Collective, I found my purpose and my people. They didn’t just see potential in me, they helped me see it in myself.
Today, I’m a high school graduate, enrolled at Highline College, and working toward my dream of transferring to the University of Washington. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I know this is only the beginning.
