Aging and Disability Services

Adults with disabilities, their caregivers, and seniors facing aging and disability issues are connected with resources, assistance, consultation, support groups, and respite services.

Who is this program for?

  • Adults 18 years and older with a disability
  • Non-paid caregivers for adults ages 18+ with a disability
  • Seniors with disability or health-related issues

What can you expect from Aging and Disability Services?

Participants will receive information, assistance and referrals from staff. Non-paid family caregivers can attend monthly support groups, receive training and consultation, and may qualify for respite services as well as supplemental funds for equipment and supplies.

The Aging and Disability Services program connects adults with disabilities and their non-paid caregivers to resources and support. The program provides information, assistance, consultation, person-centered option counseling/planning, caregiver support groups and training, as well as respite services.

We are a part of the Community Living Connections network, which provides information and assistance accessing community resources, individual consultation and help planning for long-term care needs, and access to family caregiver support services for individuals facing aging or disability issues.
