Aging Mastery Program® Launching August 2024
Open Doors is excited to partner with St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church in Burien and Neighborhood House to offer Aging Mastery Program® launching in August 2024.
The Aging Mastery Program® is a comprehensive, fun, and engaging education and behavior change approach that celebrates the gift of longevity. The program will be offered for older adults ages 60+, in four languages: English, Spanish, Amharic, & Somali
Discussion topics will include:
Healthy eating/hydration
Navigating longer lives
Exercise and you
Financial fitness
Sleep
Community engagement
Medication management
Healthy relationships
Advance planning
Falls prevention
Sessions will run from 11am - 1pm and will take place on: August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9
