This document is an overview of the project and provides some details of the vision for the Early Learning Center, Community Center, and Offices for Service Providers.
Open Doors for Multicultural Families (ODMF) has a vision to create a Multicultural Village (MCV) — an inclusive residential community located within a mixed-use development that will offer a variety of amenities and services.
The physical and programmatic design of the Village will center people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) but will support people of all abilities. This housing community is for people with and without disabilities for low-income individuals and households. This is a unique residential model not currently found in the general marketplace.

In pre-development no construction has started yet. This phase is a time for us to plan out the design for the Multicultural Village and make sure to be intentional with our design so that it focuses on the needs of families and individuals with I/DD. We also use this time to network and find partners to support our project.
