Srishti Arora is a current member of the ODMF Board of Directors. Srishti is a parent to three neurodivergent kids with one being non-speaking and full time AAC user. In the process of looking for right interventions and supports for her kids Srishti has become a strong ally and advocate and believes in working towards normalizing disability and systemic changes for inclusionary best practices starting in our Schools and everywhere in our communities. She volunteers for IEP parent partner program. She is also passionate about communication rights for individuals with any kind of speech disability and is also working towards becoming a RPM (Rapid Prompt Method) provider and foster the related advocacy. Professionally Srishti has worked in the software industry for over a decade as Software Developer and Program Manager mostly at Microsoft and some other tech companies.
